What treatments do you offer?

We provide neuromodulators (Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, Daxxify, and Jeuveau), dermal fillers, biostimulatory fillers, PDO threads, lasers, laser hair removal, microneedling, chemical peels, RF microneedling, PRP injections, hair loss treatments, facials, and many other services. When should I arrive for my appointments?

We kindly ask that first-time patients arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment time. Existing patients may arrive at their scheduled time.

What is the recovery time for these treatments?

Recovery time depends on the treatment. Some treatments involve minimal downtime and few post-treatment limitations, while others may require a more extended recovery period. During your consultation or treatment, your provider will explain the expected downtime and provide post-treatment instructions, which will also be sent to your email.

Does it hurt?

The level of discomfort varies from person to person, but most patients report only mild discomfort. For certain treatments, such as neurotoxins (Botox, Dysport, Jeuveau, Daxxify, and Xeomin), discomfort is typically minimal because we use very fine needles. We also offer numbing options in the office to help maximize your comfort during treatment.

Are your injectors doctors?

All of our injectors are licensed medical professionals, such as RNs, PAs, NPs, or APRNs, in the state of Connecticut. They all undergo rigorous training with our lead injector and owner, Emma Robinson-Snowball, before they are able to treat anyone. All treatments are performed in accordance with state and federal laws.

Do I need a consultation before my appointment?

We recommend that first-time patients schedule a consultation prior to treatment to allow for a more in-depth evaluation with your injector. However, every appointment includes dedicated time for consultation, ensuring all of your questions are fully addressed before any procedures are performed.

Do you accept Insurance?

We currently do not accept insurance.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, credit cards (including American Express), checks, CareCredit, and our gift cards.

Do you offer packages and special offers?

Yes, we offer packages for treatments that require more than one session to achieve significant results. We also offer membership programs and partner with CareCredit, Allē, and Aspire to help you maximize your savings. VIPure members save an average of $2,400 per year. Additionally, all first-time clients receive $50 off their first treatment.
